Eating clean to us is eating real food, clean supplementation, and listening to your body. We are taught at a young age to ignore the cues that our body is giving us. We may have been coaxed to eat everything on our plate. Infants are fed a bottle when they are upset. We may be forced to eat foods we do not like. These simple actions may affect your relationship with food. Eating real food like meat, vegetables, and fruit. Choosing foods that at least resemble something from nature. Clean supplements free from artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, and artificial preservatives. Artificial additives can disrupt our microbiome; killing our gut bacteria and cause imbalances that can lead to gut damage. Many preservatives used in supplements have the opposite effect in the human body; they act as free radicals. What does this all have to do with performing better? When we use clean supplements to get what our body needs, while eating real food, and listening to our body; we are able to achieve our full potential. Eat Clean, Perform Better in Life, Business, and Sports!
