What is Estimated Energy Requirement (EER)?
EER is an estimation of how many Calories you need in a day based on your height, weight, and physical activity levels. It's a good starting point but may not be accurate for everyone. Please contact us at [email protected]  if you have questions regarding your individual energy requirements.
  • Sedentary includes only the light physical activity associated with typical day-to-day life.
  • Low Active performs 30 minutes of moderate activity daily (ex/walking at 4mph.
  • Active performs 60 minutes of moderate activity daily (ex/ walking at 4mph) or 30 minutes vigorous activity daily (ex/ running 5.5mph)
  • Very Active is an elite athlete in training or someone who performs 60 minutes of vigorous activity daily (ex/ running at 5.5mph)
